We offer coaching to organization, teams and individuals. It can be helping out with identifying opportunities for improvement, driving a change initiative or role based coaching.
Mikael Boman started his first company in 1996, and has been working with agile since 2001, starting with XP and then Scrum since 2003.
He has been a developer, a Scrum Master and Product Owner, but also part of company management teams and boards, held COO and CEO positions and seen companies of different types and sizes, working with software, hardware, chemistry etc across many industries such as healthcare, finance, gaming and more.
